These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of fusionpediatrics.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program operated by Fusion Children's Dentistry, a pediatric dental practice owned and operated by Fusion Children's Dentistry, PLLC ("Fusion Children's Dentistry," "we," "us"), 19200 Preston Rd, Suite 120, Dallas, TX 75252. By using the Site or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for general information about our practice and services. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

No Medical Advice

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for an examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed dentist. Submitting a form or message does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Appointment Requests

Appointment requests submitted through the Site, by phone or by text are requests only. An appointment is confirmed only when our office contacts you to confirm it.

SMS Terms

When a parent or guardian provides a mobile number and verbally agrees to receive text messages from Fusion Children's Dentistry, they consent to receive SMS messages from us, including appointment confirmations and reminders, replies to inquiries, pre-visit and treatment information, and occasional practice updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase or treatment.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to Fusion Children's Dentistry, PLLC and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
